Upstairs, downstairs townhouse; 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (two shower one tub) Sleeps 6.Purchased April 2021 and never rented before then, this unit is next door to another unit I own (313 VRBO #809819) and a few doors down from 302, (VRBO # 853790), making it a perfect location for large groups or multiple families. The unit has a full size washer and dryer, new everything as the unit was purchased unfurnished. The private white sand beaches are only about a 100 yard walk, no crossing streets.Super clean I don’t use comforters, but instead duvets with duvet covers, just like in hotels so you can be certain your bedding is very very clean. This property is not gulf-front. No crossing streets to get to the beach.I provide a beach cart, beach toys, beach towels, cooler, umbrella and the beach chairs are already at the beach. Look no further, this is the right place for you and your family to have a phenomenal vacation. Only 2 miles from the village. The Trolley and free rides will make easy transport. You don’t need a car on the Key. Please bring your own toiletries. We do not provide shampoo or conditioner. We do provide hand soap in the bathrooms.
