Owner leases this on site slip for $800.00 a year, so it will be available for one of her two condos, but it is leased through my other condo (VRBO #4634036) which has first rights to its use. Boat ramp on site for your use & parking for your trailer. Tags for trailer & boat parking are required by the POA to avoid towing & are provided by owner.
