If you like to entertain, you’ll love to prepare your dishes in the spectacular kitchen and enjoy the meal in the amazing sunken dining room. And on those hot summer days, you can cool down with the AC and on cooler summer nights, sit by the gorgeous fireplace in the living room. And should you have to wash some bathing suits and towels, there is a private laundry area inside the unit. There is a two car garage with electric vehicle outlets as well as direct access into the unit. And don’t forget about the location! The patio is a beautiful extension of the home with sweeping views and access to the fire pits out on the sand….a Balboa tradition! Lower unit guests agree to allow access and keep pass through area clear for upper unit guests.**General Info:Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.**All reservations are subject to owner approval**Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA’s, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.Parking: 2 car parking – This unit provides 2 car tandem parking – one carport and one garage – not shared. (see floor plan for measurements)Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay.
