The expansive living area features an entertainment center, a flatscreen television, and a variety of books and games. There is also a powder room and a laundry area with a full-sized washer and dryer. A coveted feature of this villa is the isolation of bedrooms from the first level living space for the ultimate privacy and sound sleep.The penthouse level is accessed via an inside staircase and contains three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a panoramic view of the ocean, and a large private oceanfront balcony with a sitting area which provides unparalleled ocean and beach views. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed and features a westward facing balcony affording scenic views of the marsh and Intercoastal Waterway. The third bedroom provides two twin beds for the younger members of your family. Both the second and third bedrooms have their own full private baths.
