The Chestatee River Oasis is a comfortable, pet-friendly home on the river with inviting views both indoors or out. From the open living room or kitchen, step out onto the large deck and fire up the grill all while enjoying the river. Or choose the screened in porch off the master for your morning coffee or if it’s buggy outside.The Chestatee River Oasis is a home that is cozy open concept living/kitchen/dining with a fireplace and same level access to the outdoor deck through a wall of sliding glass doors. The kitchen with custom cabinetry has all the appliances including double oven (convection) that you may need to feed your hungry brood. There are twin master bedrooms on the first floor, double vanities with tile everywhere, and walk in showers.The loft sports a separate living/entertaining space that includes a sofa group with a couch that opens into a queen bed if you need more room. There is a game table with selection of games, a wet bar and a wall of windows celebrating a river view that is stunning. The third bedroom and bath is also located on the loft level. Come to our home for a peaceful river get-away or book a local adventure. It’s up to you.Dahlonega and the surrounding area has so much to do. It is at the southern end of the Appalachian Mountain chain and has so many outdoor activities to enjoy: Kayaking, canoeing, tubing, horseback riding and fishing are just a few of the best. The 19th century town square is the city center boasts some incredible food, wine tasting rooms, antique shops and more. In fact it takes more than a weekend to visit all incredible wineries in the area.
