We have a large courtyard with an outside dining table for 6, a gas heater, and a backyard with park/lake views.The kitchen has everything you need to cook – plates, cups, pots & pans and utensils. Large fridge with freezer and ice maker, stove top and oven, Vitamix, and microwave included. Fireplace in the living room.We have a detached 2-car garage but no overnight guest parking in the community. You can park in the garage, on the driveway but not on the street.Close to many beaches, golfing, Dana Point Harbor, restaurants, whale watching, Ocean Institute, Catalina excursions, fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, boogie boarding, Laguna Beach, airport, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Legoland, galleries, luxury theaters, shopping, and Soka University. 8 minutes drive to the best beaches in Orange County – Salt Creek, Selva, Doheny Beach; 20 minutes to Laguna Beach.
