Check out the night sky using the telescope in the living room. There are DVD’s and games to enjoy after a long beach day.This kitchen features a new stove, with built in air fryer, and microwave. The kitchen has everything you may need to make the perfect meals. There are numerous areas to enjoy your dinner with friends and family. The dining room table seats six, while the breakfast table seats four. Or, take your meal outdoors onto the screened in porch.The master bedroom is a wonderful retreat. It has a comfy king size bed with new mattress (12/2020) and direct access to the upper deck. It also enjoys a private master bath, with double sinks, separate shower, and a luxurious Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed with new mattress (12/2020) on the first floor with cable TV and the second full bathroom conveniently located just out from the room. The third and fourth bedrooms share a full bath upstairs. One room boasts a new full bed (12/2020) with direct access to the third floor game room and to the full bathroom. The other room has built in bunk beds with en-suite bathroom access. Newly installed HVAC units boast dual wavelength UVC/UVV purification and oxidizing system that kills and sterilizes germs and controls odors in the home.This beach house is unique with a fun, third floor hang out room for kids with a TV for your HDMI compatible devices. Curl up with a good book on the couch in the living room, enjoy the view, or watch a movie.
