Unbelievable location in Laguna Beach, this area boasts of miles of white sand beaches just waiting for you to take that moonlight stroll or catch that once in a lifetime sunrise you’ll remember long after you return home. Please note resort is closing pool on April 23rd for 8 days to complete work.Sit on the balcony of this 1 bed/1.5 bath condo and soak in the scenery, or enjoy preparing your meals in your full kitchen. You will also enjoy the open living/dining area for those intimate family moments. Wifi includedThe kids will love the twin bunk beds built into the hallway!In the living room you will find a queen sleeper sofa so this unit will comfortably sleep 6 guests.While you could easily get caught up in the beauty of the beach, you are close to many area attractions, and just across the street is a quaint ‘grocery store/gift shop’ where you can pick up that special bottle of wine to add the finishing touch to your meal. You will also have access to the gated swimming pool. BBQ grills located nearby the pool.No fighting the crowds or trying to find a place to park. If you are looking for that home away from home that is comfortable and cozy then the Emerald Shores is for you. Located n the west end of the beach next to The Carousel Wine & Grocery Store- a locals favorite with wine tastings every Saturday. If your looking for a getaway away from all the traffic and noise this resort is perfect for you. Only 4 miles from Pier Park. 2nd floor with stair access.You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
