If you need space for up to 3 people, this unit is ideal at 425 square feet. Tastefully decorated to the same exacting standards as our original unit, this one is just right for those who don’t need that much space, but still want all the amenities. This unit is a studio, which means one large room with a separate full bath, king bed, Full sleeper sofa, kitchenette, washer/dryer and private balcony. All this and on the 1st Floor of the building (one floor above ground level). Our first floor location in Tower 4 means there’s no need to wait for an elevator, just take the stairs up to the unit. Additionally, Tower 4 is situated such that the corner balcony is very private.
