Escape to this newly renovated piece of paradise, only a 3-5 minute walk to our private beach in our private association. 4 bdrms, 2 full bath, plus and outside heated shower. Marble fireplace living room, granite counter top kitchen with all amenities with a jennair stove, a/c, TV room with LCD TV , DVD player, total of 3 TVs, private mahogany deck. If you can pull yourself from the home, enjoy the beautiful private beach and best sunsets on Cape Cod. Beautifully decorated ,washer and dryer provided….wireless internet provided . Maximum of 4 cars.Please note that this home is and will be fully sanitized before each rental. A few new rules by the State of MA have been added regarding owners supplying bedspreads. Renter’s will now need to bring their own along with their towels and sheets. For an additional cost, renter’s can have sanitized blankets or bedspreads delivered on premise.Hotel/Stay taxes of 14.45 percent is now an additional fee to the rental amount. Security / damage deposit of $500.00 added. A cleaning fee of $175.00 will be deducted from the security deposit on the day you depart.
