Smoking is absolutely not permitted under any circumstances. Smoking indoors will incur a charge of $500 cleaning fee. Parties are also not allowed.There is also a $200.00 pet fee per month, regardless of the amount of days the guest stays. This only covers house trained pets urinating outdoors.
