‘Ellis Island’ was built in 1995. Located on the highest point in Tom Nevers, the home offers distant ocean views, lovely sunsets, and all day sun (or shade) from the back deck and front porch. It is an ‘upside down’ house, meaning that 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor. The living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom with ensuite bath are upstairs.There are 4 bedrooms (2 Queens, 3 twins, bunk beds) and a loft with 2 futons. There are 3 bathrooms as well as an outdoor shower.The fully equipped kitchen even has an espresso machine.The house is equipped with cable/HDTV, DVD player, and wireless internet.Laundry room with washer and dryer.Gas grill on the deck.All linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas, and beach toys for the kids are provided.There is a level 2 charging outlet in the garage for electric vehicles.
