Newly renovated 2BD, 1BT in convenient mid island area that is great for a family or small group of friends. Great living area with couch, TV. Dining table and chairs, laundry W/D, fully equipped kitchen, A/C. Could sleep up to 5 people. Deck with outdoor shower and BBQ. Parking for 2 cars. The bus stop is right on the corner. There is a big playground two blocks down the road.There are two good size bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other two twin beds. They share a bathroom with shower. It’s a first floor of the main house with separate entrance. The second floor and the Studio at the back yard have been rented too.The second floor is 2 BD, 2 BT that could sleep up to 4 people. Request availability if you are interested in renting both. We could offer a special offer if rented together. Walking distance to coffee shops, bike rental shop, play ground. Easy access to town and beaches. Our guests can get around the island by bus(The NRTA stop is right on the corner), by bike, using Uber or taxi service is pretty good too. Within 1.5 miles from downtown and 2.3 miles from Surfside and Miacomet beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, towels and linens provided.
