We are located close to a Ralph’s grocery store and there is also a Trader Joe’s that is within walking distance!Beautifully decorated, clean, bright and charming. Close to everything. Comfortably houses 4 people. Master bedroom features a deluxe Aloe Vera Pillow Top King Size bed and a 47 inch TV. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and tasteful decor with a closet and dresser.BATHROOM:Cotton towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer.KITCHEN:Fully equipped with cooking-wear and additional extras for cooking (i.e. spices, condiments, etc..)LAUNDRY:Washer and dryer (no charge) is located in living room we request that you leave washing machine open after use to keep it ventilated.LIVING ROOM:2 couches, 70 inch HD Smart TV (HBO, SHOW, HULU, NETFLIX, FACRBOOK, PANDORA ETC) please note we do not currently have cable as we don’t ever use it but if you do need cable television while you are here please let us know.All utilities include WIFI and all above apps. *Please note, you will be charged extra if you rent movies*Many of our favorite restaurants while closed during the Covid pandemic do delivery and take out!!!GYM: There is an LA FITNESS a mile down the street complete with Racquet ball courts, basket ball courts and an Olympic-sized heated swimming pool, sauna, and steam room.IN THE AREA:2 minute walk to Grocery Store, STARBUCKS, CHIPOTLE, Gas station, nail salon, Sushi, Authentic Mexican food and much more!PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION is easily available as the bus stops less than a block away. The bus is the 183 on Magnolia Blvd. which takes you directly to the metro-line that goes to down-town L.A. You really can get around without a car. There is also a Subway (one of LA’s Best kept secrets).Here are some convenient fabulous restaurants nearby that we love!Casa Vega – The oldest restaurant in the Valley featured in many tv shows and movies including Once Upon a Time in Hollywood! This landmark is still one of LA’s most popular destinations. Often visited by the Kardashians among other Hollywood celebrities.Marmalade Cafe – located on Ventura Blvd. Food is awesome and not to pricy, if you go for lunch you never know what famous A lister you might be seated next to :)Blue Jam Cafe (awesome for breakfast or brunch).ZanKou Chicken-Mediterranean Fast Food. And we haven’t forgotten about you sports fans, we also have the sports package!We will be available to help any way we can during your stay!Amazing neighborhood on a cul de sac. Very private.Neighborhood is amazing and convenient! You can walk to everything; grocery stores, Starbucks, Chipotle, etc, and only 20 minutes from Hollywood with public transportation support close by for your convenience!There is absolutely no smoking inside or outside on the lawn or driveway. It is a no smoking zone. If you smoke anywhere on the property you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. No parking in the driveway or behind the house. There is plenty of street parking! Music and loud noise is to be kept to a minimum after 9PM on weeknights and 10pm on Friday and Saturday. This listing is not suitable for pets. While you are staying with us you are home, please be respectful of our personal belongings and furniture and also be respectful of the neighbors… Welcome Home!
