And just a short 10-minute drive to the closest beach. Relax and enjoy the comfortable front porch or the inviting courtyard with outdoor dining. This home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and will sleep up to 4 guests for true hospitality.Santa Barbara is known for its perfect weather year-round. For that reason, we only have ceiling fans throughout the house. Our TV’s are equipped with premium channels, streaming services such as Hulu and Netflix. High speed Wi-Fi is also available within the property.The bedrooms are super-comfy and bed linens are plush and cozy. One bedroom provides a king bed, and one provides a queen bed. The kitchen offers dining for 6, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, water purifier, and is fully stocked for today’s cooks and family meals. Other amenities include:Portable Bose speaker to sync with your mobile device. Guests enjoy a brick lined patio with custom gas BBQ island, refrigerator & outdoor sink. Patio has a dining table to seat six with a fire feature in the center for warmth and ambiance. Beach chairs and towels also available for guest use. In house washer and dryer for your convenience. An iron, ironing board (both located in the walk-in closet), and hair dryers are also provided for your convenience as are bathrobes.Pets are not allowed unless they are a service animal. There is a $50 fee per animal.If you are traveling with a service animal we will just need to see the proper documentation.
