We have all new furniture and appliances and a new open kitchen layout.The home has a fenced in yard in a quiet neighborhood suited for families or couples. Playground is a short walk away.Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, and all the amenities and comforts you would expect in your own home.Large, lighted screened in porch that provides a great environment to eat and enjoy after a day at the beach.Attached garage provides washer and dryer.We’ve been renting for 21 years with many happy renters that come back year after year.
