Tucked away on a quiet residential street, it’s the perfect home for enjoying everything Florida’s Gulf Coast has to offer — gorgeous beaches, golfing, fishing, boating (bring your boat – we’re only 5 mins from a dock in the Gulf of Mexico!), tennis, pickleball, IMG Academy, nature preserves, biking trails, dolphin and manatee watching. It’s everything you want for a tropical vacation near to the beaches of Anna Maria – but far away from the noise, traffic, and crowds.There are two large living spaces. Hang out in the wide open living room, or lounge in the family room to watch your favorite shows. Enjoy the bright Florida sunshine by the private pool or in the screened-in lanai overlooking the pool. (Pool heating is available for an additional charge.)Working remotely? No problem! The property has high speed Wifi. We can even set up a desk and chair for you for you and turn one of the bedrooms into a home office.The kitchen is well stocked with quality pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and serving ware. If you don’t feel like cooking, there’s a gas BBQ for grilling, as well as plenty of great restaurants nearby. (We provide a list of our favorites.)There are three spacious bedrooms: one with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds. All bedrooms come with luxury mattresses, quality linens, spacious closets, and room darkening shades for a comfortable nights’ sleep. There are two bathrooms both with their original colorful 1959 vintage tile! It’s in perfect shape 60 years later! The master bathroom has a shower: the other bathroom has a shower/tub combination.The pool area has chaise lounges. We also provide pool floats and beach towels.*Please note: out of respect for our neighbors, we ask all guests to enjoy themselves inside after 11 pm. So please no loud music, conversation or splashing in the pool after 11 pm*The back yard is the perfect spot to play games like corn hole. And if you’re bringing a pet, relax knowing the back yard is completely fenced in.There is also a washer-dryer available for guests to use.And there’s plenty of parking in the long driveway. It can easily fit your RV or boat.We provide guests with a detailed list of our favorite activities and restaurants in the area. And for guests bringing pets, we provide a list of dog-friendly places, too.If there’s anything you need to make your stay more comfortable, just ask!*If you would like the pool heated during your visit (it is OPTIONAL) there is an additional fee.*NOTE: We highly recommend guests buy travel insurance so they’re covered in case they have to cancel outside the refund window.
