Description
This designer decorated, newly renovated home is a fabulous “home away from home”! You cannot beat the location! It is in extremely close proximity to the Canton St. district (walking distance) with its hip, thriving, diverse dining, shopping, and art galleries. Canton Street and the surrounding area have become a “destination “. There are approximately 30 restaurants/craft breweries in the area—many award winning!There is no lack of things to do in Historic Roswell whether it be a historical tour, a cultural event, visiting art galleries, exploring the Chattahoochee or enjoying one of the many award winning parks and trails. Walk to Roswell’s famous “Roswell Alive” street party on the 3rd Thursday of every month from April through October.Roswell also has many wedding and event venues within 1-3 miles of the house.This home is cozy and comfortable and has lots of natural light. The large kitchen is fully equipped and has all new appliances. In addition, the kitchen has a dining area. Off of the kitchen is a separate dining room with seating for at least 6 people.The living room is well appointed and has a big screen TV over the fun colorful electric fireplace—choose your colors according to your mood!! There is a 2nd den/office with french doors leading to the new large deck which overlooks the large fenced in backyard. The front yard is fenced in as well. It is a pet paradise!The bedrooms are luxurious with high end linens, TV’s, lots of drawer space and closets. Bathrooms have been newly renovated and are also stocked with fine linens.We are proud to live in Roswell and know that you will enjoy our house and Roswell as much as we do!!!
