This apartment has its own private entrance, two porches, a newly renovated kitchen, and is located in downtown Charleston. There is one private off-street parking space included at no added cost. Park your car and walk everywhere. Great location with quick access to surrounding areas.Please note this unit is handicap inaccessible.The Space:The apartment features a King size bed, cozy living room, and a newly renovated kitchen. The en-suite bathroom features a large tiled shower. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and kitchen essentials for basic cooking. The living room is equipped with a pop-up coffee table for additional work space. Please note that there is a spiral staircase leading up to the bedroom & bathroom. We do allow well-behaved pets for a non-refundable pet fee of $250/pet. No more than two pets are allowed and a separate signed Pet Addendum is required upon booking.Guest Access:Guests have access to their private apartment & two private porches. There is a keypad lock with a secure code individualized for each guest.The Neighborhood:The property is located in the Westside neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered one of the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston’s unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at The Daily before exploring King Street, Charleston’s ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Leon’s, Melfi’s, and Renzo. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!Getting Around:One off-street parking space is provided if guests have a vehicle. If not, Uber & Lyft are readily available in the area.
