The yard back onto the schoolyard with quick access to the playground & sport fields and tennis courts.The house was designed by a modern architect, gaining influence from the ‘bohemian Hamptons’ scene. Its rounded corners, flat roof and large windows make for a unique environment and living space, and the multiple windows, and skylight allow for natural sunlight to flood into the home. Its bright and warm, even during the off-season!
