Light & bright with well-appointed furnishings will make you want to never leave.The master bedroom with en-suite has great separation from the two guest bedrooms, offering the perfect amount of privacy when hosting guests. The kitchen has been remodeled kitchen with updated appliances and refinished Youngstown Kitchen cabinetry. An outdoor shower is available after an afternoon dip in the pool. There is a whole-house water filtration system to help with the high mineral content water found in the desert.POOL HEAT: Elevate your stay with the option to heat the pool, available upon request at time of booking or prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at $75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at $50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee.
