The galley kitchen has a gas stove, microwave and side-by-side refrigerator along with a cozy 2-person table and side-by-side washer and dryer. The formal dining room seats 6. Down the hall, the primary bedroom also has a door to the back patio as well as a smart TV and en suite bathroom with single vanity and stall shower. Along with 2 twin beds, the second bedroom contains a desk suitable for remote work, while the second bathroom contains a single vanity and tub/shower combo. Separate Zen/Yoga studio offers private space for meditation, reading, relaxation, or…yoga! Mats included. There is a carport for one vehicle, plus additional driveway and street parking. Wi-Fi.
