Inside, you’ll find central AC and an open living, dining, and kitchen area that’s full of natural light. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances (including a built-in gas stove) and an island with bar seats for four, while the living room offers a cable TV with streaming capability.The two bedrooms are upstairs, each offering an en suite bathroom. The primary suite has a TV and a balcony with partial views of the golf course and the bay, while the kids’ room has built-in bunks. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.The two full bathrooms have showers only (no tubs).The washer/dryer is a convenient combination machine – you can put your laundry in, go to the beach, and not worry about moving your clothes to the dryer.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
