Bright & Spacious Loft Steps to the Freedom TrailWelcome to our light-filled, open-concept loft in the heart of downtown, just a 4 minute walk to Boston Common and the start of the Freedom Trail.Close to the Public Garden, Theater District, Beacon Hill, North End, Back Bay, Harborwalk and more!Recently updated with a brand new memory foam mattress, new Casper pillows, and a new Samsung smart washer and dryer.THE SPACE:Enjoy high ceilings, polished concrete floors, a renovated bathroom, and chef’s kitchen.The master bedroom has a queen bed, big windows, and plenty of closet space. All linens and towels are 100% cotton.There is also a full-size sofa bed with a plush mattress topper that we’re happy to make up for you in advance.A fully-equipped chef’s kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and bakeware, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, and sugar.In the renovated bathroom, we provide shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a first aid kit, and a hairdryer.We also provide laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, and a standing fan.Most importantly, our loft is deep cleaned between every guest.Please Note:Central AC is on from about May to October, and heat is on from November to April. We also provide a space heater and portable AC.Cable is not provided for the smart TV.As we’re in the heart of downtown, there is potential for urban noise.Our building is on a pedestrian-only street. City cabs can drive onto our street, while Uber and Lyft can meet you in front of the Godfrey Hotel a 2 minute walk away.
