Enter through a tropical court, 1 flight up and a brilliant view of the expansive white sandy beach and blue waters awaits. Open floor plan from full equipped kitchen to living room culminates in a corner patio with spectacular waterfront views up and down the beach. A hallway separates the living area from the King and Queen sized bedrooms for ample privacy. King bedroom has an en suite bathroom, both bedrooms enjoy beautiful ocean side breezes. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable. The living room features a new large screen with cable and smart TV functions. Wifi throughout the unit and even on part of the beach. Your own parking space is included along with plenty of toys for fun at your beach. Laundry room is available on first floor. Few hundred step walk across to the ocean side for amazing sunsets and maybe even a green flash! Markets, restaurants and shopping are all within a short walk. There are only 6 units in this quiet private building so peace and quiet are the way of life here. This is a non smoking unit. Thank you!
