Description

Brand new listing for a beautiful new custom-built home with a boat slip (access to the Chesapeake Bay). RV parking but no hookup. The spacious, private backyard is perfect for entertaining with a gas firepit, gas grill, covered porch with plenty of seating and cornhole. The kitchen/living area is also spacious with great views of the back yard. The living room has plenty of seating, a fireplace and a tropical fish tank for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked, seats 10 people and has a wine cooler, undercounter icemaker, bar area & full house water filtration system (RO water line hooked up to fridge). Beer fridge in garage, beach chairs, beach towels, rackets and balls for the pickle ball court. If there is a power outage, you’re covered with a whole house automatic generator. We are a former VRBO Premier/5 Star Rating Host. *The hot tub is not in operation during the summer months, but the community swimming pool is within walking distance. While we value your privacy there is a security camera on the front of house and is only monitored if necessary. All rentals are required by our POA to sign an agreement regarding the use of common areas.
