New appliances just installed, granite countertops and modern wood cabinetry. Kitchen comes fully equipped with many cooking and baking essentials. Open concept living and dining room with indoor electric fireplace to cozy up and watch one of the thousand movies available on your Prime or Netflix account. Watch it on this 75 inch smart TV with Alexa Talking remote. We have a new grill in the backyard for a BBQ while watching the kids swim in a private 38k gallon pool (not heated) and children can later enjoy many educational and recreational books to read, and board games to play together with your family. There are also 2 video arcade games, Pac Man and Galaga, as well as a full size foosball table in the Game Room for kids and adults to enjoy hours of indoor fun. Exterior cameras are located at the front and back of the property. This home lacks no amenities and if it does, we are proactive hosts that will make it happen fast! This home will not disappoint you!
