The cottage is the perfect place for game days, college visits, wedding guests, or a weekend getaway to the Classic City. Complete with fire pit and new landscaping, the large backyard is perfect for outdoor entertaining and tailgating before games.Spacious Interior • Courtyard View • Board GamesLiving Room- Furnished with a 55″ SmartTV with cable streaming services- Strong wifi connection2 Bedrooms- Two spacious bedrooms- Spacious common rooms and comfortable bedrooms let you relax and reconnect with friends and family.- The large, front bedroom is nestled with two queen beds and a futon.- The other bedroom is furnished with a large, king-size bed.- All beds have new mattresses.1 Full Bathroom.Full Kitchen- The kitchen is furnished with a coffee maker, microwave, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, dishes, glassware, pots & pans, etc.- Basic items such as coffee, tea, sweetener, salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc., are provided.- The house has full-sized appliances in the kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer which makes the home appropriate for any length of stay.Guests will receive a keypad code the day prior or the morning of their reservation date.A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer ourtravelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you’ll have coveragefor up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offerthe flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you’ll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, resteasy knowing that we’ve got you covered.Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
