It does not have cable but you will have access to apple tv and netflix.- This home has central air-conditioning, however the upstairs levels may get warmer than other areas of the home due to its’ infrastructure. There is a separate portable air conditioning unit that we can provide for your use.- Since the onefinestay photo shoot, the master bedroom has been updated with a king sized bed.- There is a double bed in the third bedroom. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.- There is a twin sized day bed on the entrance level of the home which can be set up for one person. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.- There is one large designated parking space in a private garage under this home for a guest vehicle. There is also unrestricted street parking around the home.- The minimum stay length for this home is 30 nights.- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a USD $1,500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
