Also, the minimum rental age for this property is 30 years old. *******Feel free to reach out to me for a link of a video tour….First, the house is so central you can walk to many villages, Balboa Park and even harbor drive (on the ocean) within 10-20 minutes. PLEASE read the reviews from previous guests as my descriptions do not compare to actual experiences from guests.This modern Zen home features recycled distressed hard wood floors on the upper level. Also on that level there is a glass floor going into the master bedroom.The living room features a 55′ television with most cable channels. The kitchen is all granite countertops with stainless steel appliances.The downstairs level features all painted concrete floors. The stair case is also all stainless steel as well.The third bonus room features a queen sized bed. Also, The owner is vegan so there is a fully functioning micro farm on the property.In the back of the property there is also a 30 foot high deck with lounge furniture, a heater and a new 6 person Hot Springs Spa.The entire property is extremely secluded for it’s location in the center of town.The property is located approximately 10 minutes by walking to downtown Hillcrest. The airport, downtown, beaches, Sea World, Zoo, Balboa Park, etc…. are all just minutes away from this centrally located home.TOT certificate number is #612881
