Summary:Bungalow Blue is the perfect spot for a cozy, relaxing beach get-away. Centrally located in the Bradley Park section of Neptune Township, our little blue cottage has been lovingly styled, stocked, and prepared for your next visit to the Jersey Shore. We hope you love it here as much as we do!The Space:Bungalow Blue is a freestanding single family cottage, located on a “flag” lot set back from the street in a quiet residential neighborhood. The space includes a bright and sunny enclosed front porch, a small dining area and sitting room, a living room with a large sofa and 65″ smart TV, a newly renovated kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead to the back deck with a bbq grill and a small dining table. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer off of the kitchen.Our goal is to make your stay here as enjoyable and seamless as possible, and we have worked hard to stock Bungalow Blue with everything you need for a perfect vacation! All beds are made up with fresh linens for each guest, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided as well. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper and hotel size shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. We like to cook, and we have strived to stock the kitchen with all the essentials for home cooked meals with family and friends. Dinnerware, utensils, and glass ware are provided for up to six guests. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, serving platters, baking sheets, measuring cups, toaster, blender, coffee machine, you name, we probably have it! Disposable items we stock include coffee grinds, sugar, tea, assorted spices, salt and pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, napkins, and tissues.There is a good chance your plans here include a trip or two to the beach, and Bungalow Blue is stocked with six backpack beach chairs and beach towels! At the moment we are not providing beach badges, as there are multiple beaches in close proximity to the cottage. Please drop us a line in your review with a vote for your favorite area beach, as we would love to add badges to our list of amenities!Guest Access:Guests have access to the entire interior and exterior of the property, with the exception of the basement, which is locked and used for storage. There are two private parking spaces in the driveway, which are also exclusively for guest use. There is also free parking available on the street should you need it.The Neighborhood:Bradley Park comprises the eastern most section of Neptune Township, and is bordered by Bradley Beach to the east, Asbury Park to the north, and Neptune City to the south. The downtown business district of Bradley Beach is just a few blocks walk to the east and features some of my favorite local eateries and breweries. Bamboo Leaf for dinner and Buttered Biscuit for breakfast are must try spots while you’re here! Grand Tavern, located on Sixth Avenue about five blocks away is also a spectacular dinner spot! The neighborhood is quiet and residential in nature, but so close to a myriad of local shopping, dining, and entertainment options, not to mention the world famous beaches of the Jersey Shore!Other Things to Note:This listing is brand new as of June 2022, hence the current lack of reviews. I am an experienced Superhost with two established rentals in nearby Asbury Park. Please feel free to check out my reviews for those listings. You can expect the same level of service, communication, and attention to detail here at Bungalow Blue!We have 4 security cameras on the exterior of the house for added security. It should go without saying, but there are of course no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
