Welcome to the home of “Hundred Thousand Welcomes” – Gaelic—Enter our front door to an oasis of calm and stylish comfort. This memorable little bungalow house is the perfect home base for your trip to Santa Barbara. This property is in a fabulous location. Maximum number of persons limited to 3.The two bedrooms have queen size beds with wonderful linens and pillows providing a comfortable and cozy space to sleep after a day of exploring.The bathrooms are equipped with a shower or shower/bathtub combo and a hair dryers for your convenience. Fresh towels and extra toiletries!The kitchen is bright and sunny. Enjoy access to the patios to wander through the garden. It is fully equipped with most necessary items.The outdoor patio is private and serene with plenty of sunshine or shade. Have cocktails in the patio and then head off to Los Agaves for dinner just a few minutes away.Enjoy the modern amenities such as AC, WiFi, and a washer and dryer.There is one smart TV in the master bedroom and one Smart TV in the living room. Both have cable-but bring your own streaming logins.Parking is on the street in front of the house or around the corner.There is a garage/office/flex space you may utilize.Guest will fill out a Rental Agreement detailing information about our house and your stay.
