Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property (including infants and children) at any time, must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 3.*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder into patios belonging to other units in the property.* Early checkin and Late check out must be a arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time*We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of snow, rain, smoke from fires and closures to the national park.*Driveway/parking area is shared with 3 other units, no other space is shared.The Neighborhood:We are located 8 minuets from Oakhurst with all of its restaurants and amenities.Getting Around:You will need a car, but if you don’t want to fight the crowds in Yosemite National Park you can take the YARTS bus in from one of the nearby stops.Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.Other Things to Note:Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.The thermostat is set to allow you to set it to a minimum and maximum temperature. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees.Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer will stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. At times we may be nearby and can be available to show you around.
