It features a spacious kitchen for gourmet cooking, open layout living and dining area, and 3 bedrooms with two full baths. The pool and connected in-ground hot-tub are amazing for relaxing during any season. Keep your vehicle out of the heat in our 2-car garage, and stay cool under the shaded area out back – or indoors with our modern Nest cooling system. There are also more distant neighbors to the south and west, in which the courtyard wall shields from view.—Parties or Events or Extra GuestWe do not allow guests to throw parties or events at our property.Please be kindly noticed that all extra guests should be approved by host before arrival and they will need to leave the property by 9pm per County’s STR Reinforcement Code. Any unapproved visitors will be charge $200 per person according to the House Rules in the listing. Please feel free to contact us if any questions.—OvenPlease make sure to turn on the vent while using the oven, the glass above the range will slide towards you, and the fan will turn on using the switch on the range hood, otherwise the carbon alarm will ring.—Smart TVWe have a smart TV in the house, please connect it with your account.— Optional ServicesJacuzzi heating: $60 /dayPool heating: Please contact us for detailed information—Jacuzzi Please shower before use. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a $200 repair fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation.—Please let us know if there are any serious stains on the furniture or floors, or if here is damage to anything and we will try our best to fix it ASAP.—Security CameraAccording to the requirements from Insurance Company, there ia security camera facing drive way .—Film/Video and PhotosOur property is a beautiful place to shoot photos and videos, we welcome you to tag us on Ins at @somewhere_joshuatree. Professional shoots, however, are priced at a different rate and must be cleared with us in advance of your stay. If you are in doubt, inquire first. We will charge $5000 per violation, plus production fee up to $575/hour.—PetsWe love animals as much as anyone. But due to getting allergies among some of the guests, we have to keep Jackrabbit Wash an animal-free zone. $60will be charged for special cleaning fee. You are required to disclose before booking if you have a service animal.—No-SmokingSmoking (including E-Cig) is not allowed in the property or within 15 feet exterior door. Please dispose cigarettes into a plastic bag and put it in the outdoor trash can. If above is not maintained, we will charge $100 special cleaning fee.
