Discover the charm of this hidden lakefront home.The SpaceThis cozy,secluded bohemian inspired cabin is beautifully interior designed with things from all around the world, eclectic with yet a chic, homey,modern feel on the inside and very nature loving on the outside.-Master bedroom, 1st floor/queen bed-3 guest rooms upstairs/queen beds-Walk out basement 1 queen bed, laundry room, pool table, full bathroom, opens out to patio and firepit area, fenced in backyard. That leads down to dock.-Fully stocked kitchen-3 full bathrooms-Cozy family room open floor plan to dining and kitchen, great for entertaining that opens up to a covered deck with seating and fire table.-Boat Rental, our families favorite thing to do while visiting the cabin.. getting out on the water! Enjoy the 24 foot Bennington Pontoon. Seasonal rates $499 per day includes insurance to operate. The boat rental can be included with your home rental as an add on just let us know at booking how many days to add. Boat is conveniently located at the dock in the back yard. unlimited daily rental until dusk( note dock closes for gas daily at 5:00and will need fueled up before returning to half tank. Lake Norman Marina is few min. from cove for gas. Water levels vary during winter months due to Duke Energy.-Boat Rules.Please bring back with half tank of gas as it was when you took it out( send picture of fuel gage before and after) please we do not live in the area to re fuel this 300$ fine if not re fuel.. No beaching ruins prop ( send pictures before and after of prop).No pets unless discussed ahead of time claws ruin seats.Life jackets must be worn it is the law in NC there are jackets provided but not any child size please bring if needed..No operating boat under the use of alcohol and no smoking on boat.Please return boat clean and tied up well with pictures provided. Do not sit on arm rests or doors..No rain checks or cancellations of any kind (even Due to weather)-4kayaks, canoe,paddleboard,vests all provided free for our use please return to the rack upside down when finished. If lost or damaged they will be replaced at guests costs. Left vests in red box under deck._Located at the end of a cul-de-sac very private peaceful area, great to walk your dogs, private fenced in backyard, quiet neighborhoodWe really tried thinking of everything you may need coming from a family of 5 ourselves.
