Beautiful, tree-lined lot with views of the lake. Large deck for nights at the lake! Walk directly to the dock/lake from the house. Bruce Creek Boat Ramp is easily accessible; just a 3 minute drive. Property is the second to last house on a dead end street in a small cul-de-sac so there is very little vehicle traffic. Cabin accommodates 6. 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 1 full bath. Plenty of seating options with 2 separate living spaces. Living Room with Sectional Sofa, Semi-Private Living Room with Sleeper Sofa, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Dishwasher, Fireplace, Washer/Dryer, Deck, Firepit, Charcoal Grill , Large TV with BluRay/DVD player, Keurig, and Air Fryer. Approximately 40 minutes from Clemson.** NO HOT TUB. HOT TUB HAS BEEN REMOVED **
