This beautiful 3 acre property offers the best river access in the county and the farmhouse sits on three flat acres. The river access is huge with an observatory deck looking out over the Toe River, picnic table and a fire-pit on the river.Step into this very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath farmhouse that offers 2 queens, 1 full and can easily accommodate 6 guest, there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room take can be used so that the cabin could accommodate 8 guest. Our cabin is the perfect mix of charm and convenience as it offers, High Speed Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and all bed linens and towels are provided. As well as Smart TV’s, A land line phone, A gas grill, Large deck area, Two fire pits, and Direct river access.The River Rock property is perfect for volley ball, football or bring a tent for the kids. Most guest will find that they will want to be outside most of the day as this is the number one River access in the county and our guest have all of the privacy.Bring along your fishing poles, water shoes and tubes, kids floats and canoe or kayaks. The access into the rivers is easy and deep enough for swimming. There are large rocks to sit on and the little kids can enjoy the river too. Your pets are invited at a non-refundable pet fee. Get some much needed R&R while relaxing by the river or roast marshmellows under a blanket of stars. A clear view of the sky makes this property a great place for star gazing as well.The area also offers many attractions. There are also no accommodations for babies.SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It’s generally around $5 per bundle.NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin.
