It features a spacious deck and an open-concept layout for the living area and kitchen. This cabin can be rented with the studio over the garage for larger groups.What’s nearby:The neighborhood is surrounded by the winding Tahoe Donner Golf Course and only a few minutes by car from the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area. Donner Lake is five miles south and features sailboat rentals, a sandy beach, and stand-up paddleboarding. Truckee is a mile farther to the east with plenty of shops, restaurants, and museums to explore.Things to know:Full kitchenThe use of Tahoe Donner HOA facilities requires additional daily fees*Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.*No excessive noise and/or trash*All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a weekParking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Dock details: A dock is available at the Tahoe Donner Beach Club Marina on Donner Lake. Bring your guest cards. A $20 per person per day fee applies.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
