In the heart of the Sonoran Desert, located in N. Scottsdale, Cactus Casita has so much to offer! This is a first floor unit with no stairs, and in a gated community. Included with stay is new refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer/dryer (2022), RO drinking water filtration system, a fully stocked kitchen, access to all amenities including four pools, gym, chef meals for purchase, clubhouse movie theater. This creates a quiet, private space for everyone! The patio is private and accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Parking is ample, free and available near the condo.
