In each room there are two large queen size beds, dressers, a large flat screen TV, large walk in closets. The living area has comfortable furniture, a dining area and another large flat screen TV. The large balcony is ideal for relaxing as a group and watching the sun go down. There are boat rentals next door.Guest access- Rentals next door: Island Marine Rentals where you can rent a boat, kayak, bicycle, scooter or paddle board.- Parking- Outside Grill*Pet policy* We can accept 1 small dog that weighs 35 pounds or less in this rental with paid non-refundable pet fee. Any other requests must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; Pet is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, or the beach. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.House Rules:1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.2.
