Description
This cute bungalow lies in the western Savannah suburb of Pooler, just minutes from I-95 on the airport exit and close to the huge Tanger Outlets Mall. Up to four people can stay here; so can pets.This is an executive rental, primarily set up for longer stays. This home is centrally located close to Port of Savannah, Gulfstream, Amazon and all other major industry in the Savannah area.The bungalow, with a funky “Cake” theme, lies about 45 minutes’ drive from downtown Savannah and an hour from Hilton Head Island for those weekend trips to the beach. Gulfstream and Caterpillar plants are also close by.Recently remodeled, all the furniture and mattresses are brand new.There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with two twin beds. The bathroom has a full shower. Linens and towels are provided.The kitchen is large with plenty of space for storage and prep and opens to a dining room with a big table for six. The kitchen is stocked and has amenities like microwave, coffeemakers, range and refrigerator.There is a fenced-in back yard where pets can be safely kept (see note below for prohibited breeds).The home has a driveway in which you can parkThe home rents for a month or more.For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this.While starter supplies of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels are available, guests will be expected to provide their own consumable products.Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and Wolf Hybrids.Violators of the dog policy will be asked to vacate the property without any refund.Landlord is a license real estate agent in the State of Georgia.
