The balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival at the property. In complex long-term reservations, payment arrangements may be made by contacting us directly.Utilities – (stays of 28+ nights)If staying in a home, with its own private pool, for 28 nights or more, the guest will be required to pay a utility deposit of $1,000.00 to $3,000.00 depending on the property. This deposit will be used to pay the actual monthly gas and electric bills and copies of the actual bills will be provided to the guest. Should the stay exceed 28 nights and utilities used exceed the utility deposit, the guest agrees to pay an additional deposit to cover the remaining stay.
