There is an updated well-stocked kitchen if you choose to cook (or a quick 4 minute walk to restaurants, shopping and bars in Pier Park). Free high speed WIFI, DirecTV with premium move channels & a new huge smart streaming TV. This 1-bedroom 1.5-bath sleeps a maximum of four.Location, location, location! Very close to Pier Park. Walk to shopping, eating, movie theater and more. Calypso is the closest complex to Pier Park. The condo has a comfy KING bed in the primary ensuite and you can wake up to the sound (and view) of the ocean.There is a new (2022) queen sleeper sofa in living room.* This is in Tower 1, and is on the beach. (Towers 1-2 are on the beach. Tower 3 is across the street)* Please read before booking:* No Pets* Renter must be 25 or older* There will be a Registration Fee due about a week prior to arrival, payable directly to the resort. The fee is currently $50. This will also include one parking permit for the main garage. Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $50 fee for each additional vehicle.* Parking in the main garage is limited to 1 vehicle.
