The fully equipped kitchen features update appliances, granite counter tops and spacious enough to enjoy each other’s company and prepare your family meals.The master bedroom features a king size bed, TV and en-suite full size bathroom with shower/tub combination. The vanity has a granite counter top and large walk-in closet. From the master bedroom you can access the unit’s private balcony which is the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the magnificent Panama City Beach Sunsets.The guest bedroom will have a queen size bed and TV. The third room will have a twin size bunk bed and TV, the third room does not have a closet, so this is why it is listed as an additional room. This unit is great for families and convenient to all the local attractions.This beachfront property offers 512 feet of pristine white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Calypso Beach Towers has 2 spectacular swimming pools with a poolside Tiki bar. The gate parking garage offers ample parking space and elevated access to both towers. A fitness center is available at no additional charge. Beach chairs can be rented through beach services setup directly behind the property, the chairs are not included with the rental of this unit.The property is directly adjacent to Pier Park which features shopping, dining, movie theaters and entertainment. Pier Park and its amphitheater, Aaron Bessant Park are home to several local events held in Panama City Beach such as the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Pier Park New Year’s Eve Beach Ball Drop, concerts and car shows.Area attractions include Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, St. Andrew’s State Park, Shell Island, deep sea fishing and several championship golf courses in the area.
