A flat $50 charge, which includes tax and credit card processing will be assessed. The Parking Registration is in addition to and separate from your VRBO reservation payment.IN ADDITION TO ALL VEHICLES, EACH MOTORCYCLE IS REQUIRED TO BE REGISTERED SEPARATELY AND MUST PRESENT A VALID PASS TO ENTER AND EXIT THE PARKING GARAGE IN SINGLE FILE ORDER. Signs will be posted on property directing over-sized vehicles to park on the ground floor or outside the garage. Trailers park on the north side of the garage and motorcycles on the 2nd Floor. Over-sized vehicles and trailer parking is limited and is on a first come-first serve basis. Additional parking for over-sized vehicles and trailers will be provided at THE CROSSROADS located directly across from Sharky’s Restaurant on Front Beach Road (approximately 1 mile east of Calypso. The cost to park is $1 per foot/per day. (Subject to change).No Daily Maid Service……….The housekeeper will clean the unit after your departure. An initial set-up of toilet paper and paper towel will be provided.
