At Calpyso Memories, our one bedroom/two bath condo on the 17th floor of the gorgeous Calypso Beach Resort West tower, you’ll enjoy an amazing view of the white sands of Panama City Beach, Florida, for as far as the eye can see from our private balcony.Inside, the kitchen and living room are spacious and comfortable, opening to the balcony and featuring floor to ceiling windows to soak up the view of the amazing Emerald waters. A smart 65 inch Roku TV and new sleeper sofa allow you to relax while out of the sun. Our full-sized kitchen and bar area are ready for any meal you wish to prepare with all appliances including a single Keurig coffee maker and a traditional full pot, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pots/pans, dishes/utensils, blender, toaster and more. Enjoy your meals or snacks at our dining table or at the stylish bar.The one bedroom features an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed plus smart Roku TV, dresser, closet and ensuite bathroom. In the hallway from the bedroom to the living area are built-in bunk beds (with a 110-pound limit for each bunkbed), a second full bathroom, and a private washer/dryer.The covered balcony offers seating for the best people-watching, relaxing with the waves, and soaking up the sunsets. Just to the east is a fantastic view of Pier Park. And below, you’ll find one of two beachfront pools (one seasonally heated) and the Tiki Bar that sits between them at the beach access.BONUS for guests: 2 free beach chairs & 1 umbrella are included at no extra cost to you (a $40/day benefit). Both the East and West Tower pools will be closed for one week period: April 8 to 14. The East Tower Pool will then be reopened. The West Tower Pool may be closed for an additional two to three weeks. Guests will be able to use Tower 3 pool, which is across the street, from April 7 – May 10.2. DIRECTV is available in both the living room and the master bedroom. Please do NOT use your credit card to order any movies or other services on DIRECTV as your card will be stored on file and made accessible to future guests. DIRECTV will likely be unable to remove your credit card once it is on file with them.3. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree that a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed on the Primary renter’s credit card prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay.
