A walk-in ramp allows you to easily launch your kayak, canoe, or paddleboard on the canal.The main living area is on the second floor, perfectly designed with an open floor plan for family get-togethers. The kitchen has a large island with barstool seating, while the dining area has a table for eight and spills onto the outside deck with additional seating and a glass table. This deck overlooks the pool area, the canal, and the beautiful morning sunrise.The living area is furnished with an oversize sectional sofa and an entertainment system with a 60-inch 4K HDTV with streaming capability and a sound bar. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.Dock details:Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
