Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $150 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance.
