This two bedroom home is completely ground floor and comfortable for up to 6 guests.Coastal decor and beautiful finishes make this cottage one of a kind in the area. The property has a wonderful private feel to it with easy beach access.The Primary bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. The living area features a Sleeper sofa. The tub/shower combo bathroom also has a washer and dryer.The cute surfboard dining table seats 4 guests and the kitchen bar will seat an additional 2 guests.The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your family meal.This beach cottage will allow you to experience the local beach lifestyle – away from high rises and hotels.You will be wowed by the incredible location Canary Beach Cottage has to offer. Located in a unique beach community called Piney Nook. The beach community is composed of 6 beach cottages. You are also walking distance to restaurants and shops.Natural light and welcoming features dominate the interior of this inviting cottage away from home.This property is a 5 minute drive to the Splash Harbour Water Park.Important Notes:Max of 1 vehicle – parking spot is at the entrance of the beach community.Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner’s use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
