This is a very stylish yet livable, care-free home where you can put your feet up, relax and not worry about a thing.OUTDOOR LIVING SPACESLarge sliding glass doors at the back of the sun room reveal the awesome resort-style pool yard and spectacular mountain views. The back yard is completely walled and gated for privacy. The recently upgraded sundrenched pool and spa are surrounded by chaise lounges, occasional seating, shade umbrellas, a fire pit lounge and a covered outdoor living room. There is a gas barbecue and al fresco dining – perfect for poolside dinners “at home.”** The pool will be heated to 83 degrees upon request with an additional service fee.
